- To return an item, customer must first contact Jack Traps for authorization.
- Jack Traps reserves the right to accept or refuse returns on a case by case basis.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
- Only items purchased directly from JackTraps.com may be returned to Jack Traps.
- Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that is in new (unused) condition.
- Parts may not be returned.
- The original cost of shipping the order to the customer will not be refunded.
- The cost to ship the order back to Jack Traps is the customer's responsibility.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
