Returns Policy

To return an item, customer must first contact Jack Traps for authorization.
Jack Traps reserves the right to accept or refuse returns on a case by case basis.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
Only items purchased directly from JackTraps.com may be returned to Jack Traps.
Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that is in new (unused) condition.
Parts may not be returned.
The original cost of shipping the order to the customer will not be refunded.
The cost to ship the order back to Jack Traps is the customer's responsibility.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
